All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Once processing is complete, your order is prepared and handed over to our
international logistics partners.
Due to high demand, blind box releases, or limited availability, processing
times may occasionally be extended.
2. Eco-Friendly Shipping
We prioritize eco-friendly shipping methods whenever possible.
This allows us to reduce environmental impact by using optimized routes and
consolidated international transport.
As a result, delivery times may be slightly longer than express shipping, but
this approach helps minimize waste and unnecessary emissions.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has been shipped.
They are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed.
- United States & Europe: approximately 10–15 business days
- Asia & other regions: approximately 15–25 business days
Please note that these timeframes do not include processing time.
4. Blind Boxes & High Demand Items
Some products sold on our website are blind box collectibles or limited
availability items.
Due to their popularity, temporary shortages may occur. In such cases,
orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis, which may result
in additional delays.
Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.
5. Packaging & Box Assembly
To reduce the risk of damage during international transit, some products may
be shipped with the original cardboard box not fully assembled.
This helps protect the packaging from crushing and ensures it arrives in
better condition.
Customers may easily assemble the box themselves upon receipt if desired.
This does not affect the condition or authenticity of the collectible item.
6. Shipping Delays
Shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including
but not limited to:
- High order volumes
- Customs inspections or clearance
- Carrier disruptions or peak seasons
- Weather conditions or international transport issues
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, STORIES FOR ALL
cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third parties.
7. Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided once available.
Please note that tracking updates may take several days to appear, especially
for international shipments using eco-friendly logistics routes.
8. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Depending on your country of residence, customs duties, import taxes, or fees
may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled
by STORIES FOR ALL.
9. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping
information at checkout.
STORIES FOR ALL is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost
packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
