Refund & Return Policy

At STORIES FOR ALL, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds may be accepted.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or refund if:

  • You received a damaged item
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

All requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.


2. Condition of Returned Items (Important)

Due to the nature of collectible blind box products, returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In original, sealed packaging
  • In resalable condition

If the packaging has been opened, unsealed, damaged, or altered in any way, the item is not eligible for return or refund.

This rule exists to preserve the randomized nature of blind box products and ensure fairness to all customers.


3. Blind Box Specific Policy

Blind box products are sold on a randomized basis.

Returns or refunds are not accepted for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Not liking the character or design received
  • Receiving a duplicate item
  • Personal preference or expectation mismatch

By purchasing a blind box, you acknowledge and accept the random nature of the product.


4. Packaging & Box Assembly

To reduce the risk of damage during shipping and support eco-friendly logistics, some products may be shipped with the original cardboard box not fully assembled.

This does not affect the authenticity, completeness, or condition of the collectible item. Customers may assemble the box themselves upon receipt if desired.

Shipping the box unassembled does not constitute a defect and is not valid grounds for a refund or return.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue efficiently, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.


6. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after approval or receipt of the returned item (if applicable).

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


7. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipment.


8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or unsealed blind boxes
  • Items without original packaging
  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Final sale or promotional items

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you experience an issue with your order, we strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Chargebacks submitted without prior contact may delay resolution and may be denied if our policies have been clearly communicated.
